Lead Pizzaiolo
As our Lead Pizzaiolo, you'll be the heart of our kitchen — crafting Dewey's pizza's signature pies from dough to finish. You'll uphold our quality standards, mentor junior kitchen staff, and ensure every pizza that leaves our kitchen is made with passion and precision.
- 2+ years of pizza-making or high-volume kitchen experience
- Expert knowledge of dough fermentation, sauce preparation, and topping ratios
- Strong ability to work under pressure during peak service hours
- Food handler's certification preferred
Assistant Restaurant Manager
We're looking for an energetic and organized Assistant Manager to support daily operations at Dewey's pizza. You'll lead the front-of-house team, handle scheduling, oversee inventory, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience from the moment they walk in.
- 1–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Front-of-House Server
Our servers are the face of Dewey's pizza. You'll greet guests, take orders, deliver food, and create memorable dining experiences. A positive attitude and a love for people are the most important qualities we look for.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience a plus (not required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a smile
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
Delivery Driver
Help bring the Dewey's pizza experience directly to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the final link in delivering hot, fresh pizza on time and with a great attitude. Flexible hours available, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance
- Familiarity with the Kirkwood, MO area
- Friendly, customer-first attitude
Kitchen Prep Cook
Support our kitchen team by preparing fresh ingredients, sauces, and dough every day. As a Prep Cook at Dewey's pizza, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency that our guests love about every single slice.
- Basic knife skills and kitchen safety knowledge
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and prep lists
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required — we train!
